1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Danwill Property Management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DANWILL Investment Ltd provides an online property management platform that connects landlords, tenants, and property agents. Our services include property listings, lease management, M-Pesa rent collection, tenant screening, and maintenance coordination.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

    • 4. Landlord Responsibilities

    Landlords agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful property information
  • Comply with all applicable Kenyan tenancy laws
  • Process maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Not discriminate against tenants on any protected grounds

    • 5. Tenant Responsibilities

    Tenants agree to:

  • Pay rent on time as per the lease agreement
  • Maintain the property in good condition
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Comply with all terms of their lease agreement

    • 6. Payments

    Rent and service fees are processed via M-Pesa. All transactions are subject to M-Pesa's terms and conditions. DANWILL is not responsible for payment failures caused by network or third-party issues.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, and software on the platform are the property of DANWILL Investment Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, DANWILL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
